Ladies, after hearing a number of our male friends repeatedly complain that they weren’t getting the type of attention and care they (deeply) craved from their partners, Elizabeth Rose and I, decided to tackle this issue with a Top 10 list. We hope it will inspire you to do all you can to keep your man happy and satisfied in your relationship.

1. Tell your man you love him and give him BJ’s.
2. Cook his favourite meal regularly and provide him with BJ’s frequently and enthusiastically.
3. Do your best to share his interests (i.e. sit with him as he watches his favourite sports team), and avoid using your teeth when giving BJs.
4. Get dressed up for your date nights and do what you can to enhance your BJ skills (e.g. take a class, ask a girlfriend for tips – just do something).
5. Never nag him (trust us he heard you the first time) and do any BJ’s you start to completion (don’t bitch about your jaws hurting halfway through).
6. Don’t give him a hard time when he wants to go out with the boys and offer him a BJ to help him to relax, when he’s down or stressed.
