I Love Me Some Panties!

I love panties. In fact, it would be accurate to say I have a passion for them. I know some men who handle woman’s panties like they could catch a case of herpes by doing so (unless they are taking them off with their teeth or something) – but not me.

The sense of anticipation that builds when I’m undressing a woman; the excitement at the moment of the big reveal is hard to top. Are they going to be brief style or French cut, hipsters or thongs, bikinis or boy shorts (my personal favourite)? There is just something special about seeing a woman in her panties. Even seeing a freshly laundered batch of panties waiting to be folded is exciting (strangely enough, seeing panties in a store leave me cold. It’s almost as if they don’t come alive until they belong to a woman I know). I can even muster up some love for what I call “granny grinders”.

On another note, several women have expressed an interest in seeing me wear their undergarments. Much like the pegging issue, I’m not really sure that’s a compliment (Do I give off a vibe that says “freak” or “lewd”? Or is my open mind interpreted as a willingness to try almost anything? I choose to believe it’s the latter).

I asked a close friend of mine what he loved most about panties and he said, “How they give rise to the libido”. Truer words have never been spoken. In fact I think panties are the one exception to the saying “clothes don’t make the man/woman”. I can tell you a story or two about how a woman’s choice in panties changed my “demeanor” from rock hard to silly putty. Pity. This all begs the question; what would you think of a man dressed in panties?

I guess if I were to wear a pair of knickers, I’d go for one of those boy shorts things or maybe even the brief style ones I see in American Apparel. Thing is, both of those options are  just like man briefs—and I get the distinct impression that when ladies ask a man to put on a pair of their panties they don’t want him to be wearing stuff that looks like something he already owns and/or wears.

On the other hand, squeezing my junk into a pair of panties sounds like it would be uncomfortable. Plus, I imagine that standard issue women’s underwear would fit me like a more uncomfortable version of the Speedo—and from what I can gather, ladies don’t exactly dig dudes in Speedos.

To try to make a little sense of things I took to the Internet. According to Wikipedia, panty fetishism is “the belief that panties (or female underwear) contain an intrinsic sexual power”. I think I can see that, but exactly why do some women want to see men in their trousers so to speak?

So ladies, do you find the idea of a man in panties attractive? If so, why? Why is it more of a turn on than seeing him in his own (presumably clean and attractive) underwear? And gentlemen have you or would you put on a pair of panties? If no, why not? If so, how did it feel? Finally, are any of you turned on by the Japanese manties pictured here?
